How to Trademark Your Business Name & Logo: A Case Study

Recently, Kobe Bryant LLC filed trademark applications for a series of words & logos associated with the late Kobe Bryant, his late daughter Gigi, and the Mamba Sports Academy. In this video, we’re going to talk about how to trademark a business name and logo in Canada. Specifically, we’ll be breaking down some of the trademark applications that Kobe’s estate filed, which trademark class was chosen, and what that would look like if he had been Canadian.

Hopefully, by the end of this video, you’ll have a better idea of how to file your own trademark application — for your business name, logo, clothing designs, apps, collections, etc.

Once you’ve had the chance to watch, I’d love to hear from you.
